Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Sandal Stories, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. We understand that sometimes a pair may not be quite right for you, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on eligible products.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange for another size or design, or choose to return the product and receive a Sandal Stories Gift Voucher / Credit Note.

Refunds & Credit Notes

Once your return is picked up and successfully processed, the eligible refund amount will be issued as a Sandal Stories Gift Voucher / Credit Note instead of being refunded to the original payment method.

Your Gift Voucher / Credit Note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used towards a future purchase on the Sandal Stories website.

The Gift Voucher will be sent to your registered email address.

Products purchased as part of our Limited Size Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund/credit note.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ve made the process simple:

1. Visit the Returns & Exchanges section* on our website.

2. Enter your 5-digit Order ID and registered mobile number.

3. Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

4. Choose the option that works best for you:

Exchange: Choose another size or design.
Return: Receive the eligible amount as a Sandal Stories Gift Voucher / Credit Note.

Once your return is picked up and processed, your Gift Voucher / Credit Note will be shared with you on your registered email address.
