Sandal Stories is a brand founded by Latika and Rakshit Khurana, offering handcrafted, stylish, and comfortable footwear for every occasion at affordable prices.
Where are your sandals made?
All our footwear is handcrafted with love, ensuring the highest attention to detail and quality.
Do you have a retail outlet or offer a try-and-buy option?
We currently operate online only and do not have a physical retail outlet. Additionally, we don’t offer a try-and-buy option. However, we provide standard sizes and are happy to assist with size exchanges in case of any issues.
How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help you pick the perfect fit. We deal in standard sizes and offer size exchange in case of any issue. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our customer care team.
What types of footwear do you offer?
Our collection includes a wide range of footwear such as daily wear, wedding wear, bridal wear, office wear, fashionable styles, beachwear, holiday wear, resort wear, club wear, and party wear.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Delhi / NCR orders get delivered in 2-3 business days and for other metro cities orders get delivered in 5-6 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Can I exchange my sandals for a different size?
Yes, we offer size exchanges based on availability. In case desired size is not available, you can exchange with any other design.
What is your refund policy?
We entertain exchanges request and we don’t have refund policy as of now.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD for selected pin codes across India.
Can I request customized sandals?
We do size customisation only. Please contact us over WhatsApp for size customisation request.
